Through this blog I want to share basic knowledge with all interested readers who like tea,love tea and keep experimenting with tea either in its classic form or twisting with different beverage and flavors and pairing with foods. I would try to share in palatable words and less of tea tasting jargon so that you relate and enjoy in your own time and space.
Tea has always fascinated me as beverage through out my life. It is so humble, down to earth and still elegant and contain all natural benefits. I decided to go deep into tea journey and searched for an Institute which has very well furnished tasting room, fresh stock of teas samples and owns gardens in every tea climatic zone in India. My search stopped at Birla owned Institute in Kolkata and I did Post Graduation Diploma from Birla Institute of Futuristic studies and Management from Kolkata in 2011-12.
